Harvard-Oxford cortical and subcortical atlases for the ggseg ecosystem. Includes the original Harvard-Oxford atlas (FSL) and the Harvard-Oxford Atlas 2.0 (HOA-2).
We recommend installing the ggseg-atlases through the ggseg r-universe:
options(repos = c(
ggsegverse = "https://ggsegverse.r-universe.dev",
CRAN = "https://cloud.r-project.org"
))
install.packages("ggsegHO")
You can install this package from GitHub with:
# install.packages("pak")
pak::pak("ggsegverse/ggsegHO")
library(ggseg)
library(ggsegHO)

The deep grey structures, the brain-stem, and the cerebellum split into grey and white matter — HOA-2 segments the cerebellum by tissue rather than parcellating it, so those structures belong here.
